James Eckersley Portrait, Music and Advertising Photographers
James Eckersley works from London specialising in portrait, music and advertising photography. He has been privileged to work with some of the most influential and prestigious agencies, magazines and record companies across the world including Time Magazine, GQ, The Sunday Times Magazine, Virgin Records, Parlophone, Le Figaro, Samsung and American Express.
During his career, James has enjoyed photographing some of the UK's most important and influential characters. A number of these portraits are now held in the permanent collection of the National Portrait Gallery in London.
However, the projects which James is perhaps most proud of are his books which include ‘The Last Few’, a collection of fascinating biographies and evocative portraits of the men who served in Britain’s definitive aerial battle of World War Two. These images document a crucial part of the nation’s history and have now been included in The Royal Collection.
