London: James Murphy
James Murphy announces a new cookery book, 'Rick Stein at Home'.
"We’re very excited to share James Murphy’s latest cookbook project, Rick Stein at Home. Published on 16th September 2021 this exciting new book gives a glimpse into Rick’s favourite home cooking recipes, memories and stories from a food lover’s kitchen.
Lockdown for many was a time to reconnect with the joy of regular cooking at home and Rick was no different. These are his all-time favourite home-cooked meals from the nostalgic aroma of Mackerel cooking on the BBQ to his iconic Cornish bouillabaisse. And from the classic Apple Charlotte cooked with apples from a neighbours orchard in Newquay to the family crowd pleaser, Glazed Christmas Ham.
