Jean Cazals has been on the food scene for many years, working with all the top chefs, restaurants, magazines, advertising and design companies. His ability to deliver and see what is right for each project has been awarded many times over. Jean is not just a photographer - he engages in every project, from start to finish, to help his clients achieve their wishes.
Jean loves food as much as interiors and people. They go hand in hand in the world of hospitality which is his playground, both in London or anywhere in the world.
Jean has a great understanding of light and composition; the detail is everything: from the props, background to the food setting. His work has graced the page of over 80 books, such as his latest, ‘Inside Marrakesh’ (Rizzoli), and the forthcoming Iconic London Sketchbook.
He is a three-times winner of the ‘Pink Lady Best Food Photographer of the Year’ awards and has been shortlisted many times as well. Jean is also a Capture One ambassador.
