"We are delighted that two Process photographers were selected finalists in this year’s 38th AOP Awards. Celebrating the best of photography and motion, the annual industry event is one of our favourite outings of the year, and we were thrilled that both Will Hartley and Matthew Joseph’s work was shortlisted.
Going on to win two GOLD awards for his fantastic motion pieces taken from the BikeLife and Cameron projects, we are absolutely delighted for Matthew Joseph and really proud of all his hard work and success! Celebrating alongside the many brilliant photographers and well-deserved winners from across the creative industry, it was great to see so many familiar faces coming together for the evening. What a night!
To see more from the winning projects, and a look at Will and Matthew's wider portfolios, head over to the Process website.

"Characterised by heart-stopping stunts and adrenaline-charged tricks, the art of BikeLife has become a dynamic sport with an uninhibited spirit. Creating an extensive project of stunning stills and moving image, award-winning photographer and director Matthew Joseph hit the streets of Baltimore and New York to capture the BikeLife community in action.
More standout work for Matt includes the recent moving image project ‘Cameron’ which tells an epic story of captivating athletics shot in the fast-paced world of a young South African making a splash on the Cape Town parkour scene.
We’re delighted to announce that Matt is a finalist in this year’s upcoming AOP awards, where both the Cameron and BikeLife projects have been selected to appear in the finalist’s exhibition, and we’re looking forward to celebrating his work at the 38th annual awards where the competition winners will be revealed at the end of the summer! Best of luck to all the finalists."
