  Smooth Retouching is an idea by Simone Strano, a freelance retoucher and digitech based between Rome and Milan. Working with international photographers and agencies, Simone has provided creative post-production services on an extensive range of international brand campaigns and magazine editorials.

  His work provides tailor-made services using realistic image manipulation, composition, grading and high-end retouching. His creative mindset and problem-solving skills ensure final images completely match the client’s vision, from the simple retouching of a single image to the production of billboards.

  As a Phase One certified professional, Simone has been working professionally as a digital operator for the past nine years. Using his experience and the latest technology, he also delivers a smooth, stress-free digital workflow with a reliable file handling methodology to ensure all files are safe.

  Simone prides himself on being able to integrate seamlessly into the team, supporting and advising as needed whilst allowing the creative process to take place at the pace of the art director and photographer.
