In this Showcase Nici shows her mystical stills, reminiscent of dream worlds with photographer Simone Rosenberg for Dynasty.

With Martin Müller, the simple, architectonic stills were created for KPM. Last month, a big campaign for PayPal was shot with Fredericke Weztels. The new standing washbasins by Alape X-cross and X-cut were photographed by Christoph Sagel.

Many new pictures were taken with Anne Deppe for Anna Badur, the three women complement each other with a lot of fun at work, which you can see in every composition.

Vishal started out to become an engineer, but a heightened awareness of the visual arts diverted his attention to the camera and its versatility. He started off by assisting a renowned photographer in India for over two years, and soon after he travelled to Paris and Hamburg to acquire more knowledge with respect to the visual medium; after that he decided to start off on his own.

Aspiring to carve a niche in the photography industry, he is well versed in fashion, advertising and editorial work. Vishal describes his work as the constant need to move and evolve. These characteristics of the ever growing fashion world reflect on his photography as well.

Boasting a background in graphic design, his work has often been considered provocative yet unique. His client and publication credits currently includes International and Indian magazines such as Vogue Italia, Adweek, GQ and Cosmopolitan, to name a few. Having worked with advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Toaster, Wunderman Thompson, DDB and Mccann Erickson, among others, his current body of work includes brands such as Dove, Lux, Nokia, YouTube, Sony Bravia and Oriflame.

His work has been exhibited in the prestigious D&AD Awards (London), The World Press Photo, the Dubai Media City (IBDA) and Lalit Kala Academy.

Currently he has been selected as part of 200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide 2021 / 22 by Luerzer’s Archive.

Visual artist Ed Mehravaran has studied fine arts, graphic design and new media. Photography became his favourite medium of artistic expression. His wide area of work speaks of his keen interest in expressing his many ideas. • The 8th edition of the Triennial of Photography Hamburg uses the theme of Currency to invite reflection on the contemporary power of the photograph to relay and relate meaning across distance. Opening week: May 20th-22nd.
