Growing up in grey and dark eastern German surroundings, Dorit became a strong lover of light. Because light is an essential part of what makes photos beautiful, she uses light in every possible and sometimes unconventional way while capturing her photographs.

During her sessions she focuses on havig fun, and with a childlike ease she makes children feel comfortable. She manages to capture those rare moments in time and records those true expressions that deserve to be immortalised. She has her own unique style of using light which allows her to create amazing photographs.

Julien Barbès is a fashion and commercial photographer who works worldwide with more than 10 years of experience. He has a sensitive eye for patterns, light and colour, giving rise to minimalistic images with a distinct architectural feel.

Gabo's inimitable style is life-affirming, expressive, humorous and always close. She takes pictures of all kinds of humans, including famous international characters from politics, sports, music, film and television.

Most important for Gabo is transporting soul and truth in her pictures. Gabo also loves to work as a film and video director, mixing pictures with speech and music.

Her latest project was a portrait shooting of Barbara Schoeneberger for Barbara Magazine. When these two power women met on set, there was a lot of laughing, dreaming, eating and everything sparkled. It was all about jewellery, beauty, food and a portrait of a woman who couldn't be stopped! Even at five degrees in the freezing cold outside, Barbara went into the water at Lake Studios without batting an eyelid.
