Growing up in dark and grey German surroundings, Dorit Guenter became a strong lover of light. As an essential part of making photos beautiful, she uses light in every possible and sometimes unconventional way while capturing her photographs.

During her sessions, Dorit focuses on having fun and, with a childlike ease, makes children feel comfortable. She manages to capture those rare moments in time and record those true expressions that deserve to be immortalised.
