Behind its stone facades lie 103 spacious studio and duplex apartments, many with terraces overlooking the river, ideal for crew accommodation, client hosting, or extended productions. Cape Town
Moonshadow Sailing is a yacht charter company based in Cape Town. The company sails two of Cape Town’s most well-kept and beautiful yachts, which are also available for private charter and shoots. Isabella is a Baltic 42, beautifully restored. She is oyster white, with polished stainless steel finishes, white sails and a spacious area below deck. Moonshadow is a classic shape, painted black with black sails and varnished wooden finishes. She has a reputation as Cape Town’s most beautiful monohull.
Since relaunching the project after COVID, Moonshadow Sailing has worked with a number of world-class photographers and brands from all over the world. Most recently, Moonshadow was used for Singapore Air’s new business class ad (airing soon).
Aside from the yachts, they have a competent, professional team who have worked on dozens of productions and are ready to make your production come to life.

OpenBCN Studios is a boutique space in the heart of Barcelona, set on a quiet semi pedestrian street with easy access for loading. The studio combines industrial character with modern features, offering a nine metre wide cyclorama, advanced lighting and motorised skylights that give full control over natural light.
OpenBCN has hosted shoots for titles such as Vogue Portugal, Schön Magazine, Lemi and L’Officiel, proving how adaptable the space is for both stills and motion.
The studio is also becoming a sought after venue for events, shown by HMD choosing it as their meeting hub during MWC, a choice that helped them stand out among much larger tech names thanks to the studio’s distinctive personality.

Jane Ives Studio is a unique 2,500 sq ft corner loft in Soho. It features two contrasting spaces: an empty studio with beautifully distressed original peeling paint, a tin ceiling, and walls of windows that flood the space with natural light from its southern and eastern exposures; and a living area with elegantly curated Bohemian-chic rooms, bathed in both eastern and western light.
The studio offers stunning rooftop views and an iconic fire escape. Its 1879 building, complete with an antique lift and wide stairwells, adds to its charm.

The Lab

The Lab is a Copenhagen-based production house and studio complex located in a former factory, where craftsmanship and creativity naturally meet. With more than 20 years of experience, the team at The Lab helps brands and creative teams turn ideas into strong visual productions — from early planning to final delivery.
The Lab's eight studios include both daylight spaces with character and soundstages built for stills and motion. Each studio connects to the in-house setup with equipment rental, set building, and The Lab Kitchen — a shared space where crews and clients meet over good food. In 2026, two new studios will be added to the facilities.
Beyond photography and film, The Lab also hosts events, exhibitions, and other creative projects. The raw industrial setting offers room for both cultural and commercial activities, such as Other Circle, which was hosted in June.
