Finn O'Hara
Canada
Finn O’Hara is an award-winning Canadian and British photographer and director based in Toronto, working internationally across sports and advertising. Known for his intimate, situational approach, he brings curiosity, craft, and collaboration to every project.
He has recently led national campaigns for Bell Canada with Olympic athletes preparing for Paris 2024, and directed NBA Champion and MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for Converse. His clients include Adidas, Nike, Coca-Cola, Mini, Budweiser, and editorial partners such as Esquire, Der Spiegel, The New York Times Magazine, and Vogue.
Finn’s commercial work has earned recognition from the International Photography Awards (Sports Photographer of the Year), Communication Arts, American Photography, a Gold Pencil, and a Silver Cannes Lion. He was also featured on the award-winning radio and podcast show Q with Tom Power, where he discussed his creative process and approach to storytelling.

Daniel Hug
The Alps
Daniel Hug is a sports and adventure photographer who doesn’t just capture action—he lives it. As a ski guide and mountaineer, he moves alongside athletes to create dynamic perspectives and authentic moments that bring energy and emotion to every frame.
A passionate traveler with extensive global experience, Daniel excels at discovering unique locations and turning them into striking visual stages. He also draws on a wide network of models, mountain guides, and local contacts, as well as support with permits and logistics, ensuring ambitious projects are possible anywhere in the world. He likes to face challenges and find solutions on the go, keeping every project running smoothly.
Working primarily with natural light, Daniel’s imagery reflects a refined visual language, combining movement, atmosphere, and the true spirit of adventure. Raised in Germany’s Black Forest and now based in Innsbruck and the Dolomites, he creates visuals that resonate far beyond the moment.
He has recently worked for ABUS, Black Yak, Garmin, and RAB Equipment.

Until 12 October, Fotomuseum Winterthur presents The Lure of the Image.
