Bistro films Prague commercial production

Bistro Films is a boutique production company based in the historical Lesser Town area of Prague, located just under Prague Castle and next to the famous Charles Bridge. In its five years of existence Bistro Films has built a reputation as a creative, director-orientated production company.

Directing duo Mods have had their busiest year to date, shooting for clients like Wrigley, Ahold and Pernod-Ricard. Other recent productions include Mobilking with director James Pilkington, an unusual campaign for Budvar Beer directed by Icelandic director Arni Thor Jonsson, and production service for the Italian watchmaker Chronotech with director Adriano Falconi for the Armando Testa agency.

Milos Nesic Prague advertising photographers

Milos Nesic was born in Belgrade, Serbia. He studied at the Prague Film Academy, Department of Still Photography, from 1999 until 2003. Since 2004 he has been working as a freelance photographer, concentrating on portraiture, fashion/beauty, lifestyle and advertising work.

Milos frequently travels between Belgrade, Prague and Istanbul where he is also represented, shooting for various clients and productions. Earlier this year he shot a campaign for Que Fashion in Istanbul.

Alex Hajdu Prague new talents

Alex Hajdu is a young and ambitious Prague-based photographer specialised in advertising, fashion and lifestyle photography. He works on location and in the studio using both traditional and digital methods, making his portfolio a technically varied body of work. He also handles his own post production.

In the last 12 months Alex has been busy on projects for clients including T-Mobile, LG Electronics, Budis, Mania, Radio Expres and Novy Cas pre Zeny, along with magazines Inspire, Formen, Juicy and Longevity.

Katarina Kralova Prague new talents

Katarina Kralova has a provocative soul which she often imparts to her work. Her life subjects include all manner of people - old, young, tedious, ugly, dead and living. She prefers to experiment with them and create roles made to measure.

As Katarina also works as a stylist, most of her pictures undergo her own personal stylisation. She currently works on contract for leading model agencies and regularly co-operates with photographer Adam Bartas in producing her creative visions. The pair's upcoming project is entitled 'Cabaret no.5' and has been created in the style of burlesque.

Adam Bartas Prague retouching/ photo

Photography began to dominate Adam's life when he was in his early 20s, "coming as a completely unexpected occurrence". Equipped solely with a love for Fine Art and with a background in chemical retouching, he quickly developed a narrative visual style that gained widespread initial recognition. He deploys his personalised techniques in concept-driven assignments as a photographer and retoucher.

Adam prefers to keep his commercial workflow very personal. He likes to participate in the styling of his shots and does his own post processing. Two nominations in the final selection at the International Photography Awards 2007 (Advertising and Digital Enhancement categories) were a testament to his all-round dedication.

Adam and his cat Lemonade currently live in Prague, where they both concentrate on advertising and fashion projects.

S2PHOTO Prague fashion photographers

Studio S2 Photo is a renowned photography studio based in Prague. It focuses on lifestyle and fashion photography as well as portraiture, and works with some of the Czech Republic's top designers and architects.

S2 Photo consists of Stepanka Stein and Salim Issa, both graduates of Prague's Academy of Applied Arts. Among the prizes the pair have been awarded are the Czech Academy of Design's 'Photographer of the Year 2007' and the Czech Press Photo Grant of Prague, 2005.
