7 Seas Productions recently launched a new service, along with a new website: 7 Seas Locations. The service is designed especially for creatives from overseas who are unable to check out locations in person and consists of a preliminary day's worth of free-of-charge location research during the budgeting phase of a job.

7 Seas Location services are currently available in Buenos Aires, Bariloche and many other major Argentine cities, as well as in Santiago de Chile, Mexico City and Havana. In preparation are Rio, Sao Paolo, Brasilia, Bogotá, and Cartagena.

Recent work by German photographer Uli Heckmann (CGI Recom, Production 7 Seas) for Porsche and Mercedes, carried out in Mexico City, would not have been possible without 7 Seas' new location services.

Altana Films is a full service production company located in Buenos Aires. The company is committed to providing excellence in film production support. With 16 years of experience, Altana aims to understand the needs of every project, responding quickly and proactively while seeking its clients' full satisfaction.

Altana recently finished a production with Knucklehead for a leading airline company. The spot was shot in Buenos Aires City at River Plate and Boca Juniors' stadiums, as well as on downtown streets, in cafes and neighbourhoods that represent the 'Superclasico' - one of the most important sporting events in the world. Altana is currently in prep for a shoot in Patagonia for Prologue Films and Sony. The spot will be directed by Henry Hobson.

He works out of his own 170 m² professionally equipped studio, perfect for all kinds of food and product shoots, and from where he collaborates with many of the leading food stylists.

Buenos Aires-based photographer Ale Ares believes "art is work and that doing such work is an art in itself."

He specialises in advertising and fashion photography and is obsessed with light and the shapes it can form.

In his photography Ale looks towards a fusion between beauty and fine art. In this Showcase he presents one of his latest fashion campaigns.

Emma Livingston is a British photographer who was born in Paris. She graduated with a degree in History of Art from University College London, and after working in museums and galleries for a few years decided in 2003 to devote herself fully to her true passion: photography.

Emma moved to Buenos Aires in 2005 and has since featured in exhibitions in the Argentine capital as well as London, Paris, Houston and LA. Her photographs have been published internationally in NextLevel, DWELL, LensCulture and European Photography, and in Argentina in DyD, Luz, La Nación, Shopping Zone and REMIX.

Delfina Bucure is a young photographer based in Buenos Aires. She works out of her own studio creating refined and fresh images that reveal her passion for composition and lighting.

Her visual interpretation is strongly influenced by her training as a film director and the degree in Social Communication she gained from the University of Buenos Aires, two approaches that permit Delfina a broad creative versatility.

Her studio is fully equipped for a range of productions and includes a team of highly qualified professionals who offer an organised yet human working environment. Delfina's interest is to offer customers state-of-the-art photography development strategies based on creativity and efficient use of resources.

Some of her latest projects include Laboratorios Bagó, Claudia Larreta, Casano Design, Saona, Gas Oil, Subaru, Edding, Media Naranja and the editorial Shop & Co., among others.

Adrian Markis is a professional photographer based in Buenos Aires. With an obsessive passion for artistic creation, he has developed his own dedicated style of photography that combines surrealism with the power of nature. Adrian's artistic goal is to transform reality, to permit the darkness of his images to speak of fears, routines, tensions and hidden beauty.

He combines an artistic career with work for advertising agencies, magazines, art galleries, music and personal photo projects. He recently finished a new project entitled 'Living Death' that looks at skeletons 'living' in cemeteries, with the idea of "transmitting the pain that was inside them as people". The project was produced between Buenos Aires and Montevideo.

Adrian currently works for agencies including Grey, BBDO, TBWA, Dentsu and Ogilvy, as well as clients Adidas, Toyota, Pepsi, Haagen Dazs, Standard Bank, Itaú Bank, Sadia, Issue and Roche. In this Showcase he presents a short resumé of his work. Visit his website for more information.

Cruz Mendizábal started his photographic career almost as a hobby and is now considered amongst the most prestigious young photographers in Argentina.

His style seeks to bring out beauty, sensuality and eroticism in each of his female subjects. He exhibits in many art galleries and his work has been published in leading magazines.

In this Showcase, Cruz presents his photographs of ballet dancer Anna, mixing beauty, art and dance in his own unique style.
