Alicia Stepp is an internationally published and award-winning fashion, beauty and lifestyle photographer.

Her career in photography began in 2007 after 10 years working in graphic design, where she developed and honed her bold, clean and colourful design sensibility.

Alicia's energetic images are a reflection of her own fun and inspiring personality on set.

Andrew Gough is a fashion and beauty photographer based in London. He returned to London in 2016 after living and working in Australia for seven years.

Since being back in the UK, Andrew has been working with brands such as COS, Miista, RäthelWolf, Machine-A and Scotria, among others.

Andrew is currently working on an international beauty stills and video commission and building a client base in London and beyond for editorial and commercial work.

Offering believable, authentic imagery which is lit but natural, real but heightened, from raw lo-fi layered work to clean and expensive. His varied experience allows for a confident approach to fashion advertising, editorial and beauty work.

Andrew is currently seeking European representation.

Arkadiusz Jankowski is an award-winning advertising, portrait and fashion photographer based in Warsaw. With more than 12 years of professional experience in the international industry, he has developed a clean and minimalist style that is well valued by his clients.

Arkadiusz works both on location and in his studio. He also manages the post-production of most of his images to ensure the best results throughout the entirety of the creative process.

His recent commissions include work for Vershold, Warsaw Home EXPO, and Jeronimo Martins.

Carlos Lumiere was greatly influenced at a young age by his father's work as a photographer. In 1989, Carlos moved from Spain to Miami to work as a photographer for a Spanish press agency, and it was here that he decided to devote his career and life to high-fashion photography. This passion has taken Carlos to cities around the world, allowing him to develop a stunning and diverse portfolio.

His photos are best known for blending classic lines with luscious colours and textures. Charles Howells is a rare photographer who is gifted both technically and as artist behind the lens. He’s especially passionate about the whole creative process. Doreen Dierckx is a full-time photographer and film-maker based in Antwerp, best known for her strong visual interpretations of commercial, editorial and non-commercial assignments.

She is at her best when the mission of the client and her vision blend together and result in powerful images. Doreen's aesthetics go back to traditional classical photography, but always with a twist and an open mind to what’s going on now - and what will come next.

She is currently preparing her first beauty and hair commercial, due for release at the beginning of 2019.

Matt Briggs is an Australian photographer known for his work in fashion, beauty, portraiture and lifestyle.

Matt’s fascination with still imagery began as a teenager growing up on Australia’s east coast. He became entrenched in the surf and skateboard culture during the late 1980s and began documenting the subcultures and harsh environment of the coastline.

Matt became skilled in photographing people and the landscape with the golden monochromatic tones of the Australian sun, and this is evident in his fashion portfolio where he continues to combine models and the harsh environment whenever possible.

Matt has photographed professionally for the last 15 years in the commercial and domestic markets. He is currently working freelance sharing his time between commercial campaigns and contributions to fashion and beauty publications.

Matt is currently based in Sydney and is available to travel.

Olivia Beasley originally studied illustration which she applied to editorial, packaging and advertising campaigns before moving over to photography. Olivia creates a narrative in her photographs showing people in real places or constructed environments to give a sense of time and place. Her story ideas often begin with a written text which can be re-imagined as still and moving images.

She uses this same approach on portraits, fashion or still life projects. She enjoys collaborating with people – "the people I'm photographing and everyone that helps me make reality look a little bit better".

Internationally published fashion and portrait photographer Yoshitaka Kono was born and raised in Japan and is now based in London. With ample experience in the art of B&W darkroom printing, he won an Ilford Black and White Award, but that does not keep him from creating stunning images in colour.

Working closely with PR agencies and music labels for artist promos that have been used across a number of magazines as well as the international press, Yoshi also regularly contributes fashion editorials and celebrity portraits to a range of publications.

His portraits show a perfect combination of vibrancy and authenticity. Yoshi's main goal is to capture his subjects' personality and to let things unfold naturally in front of his camera.

Yoshi was shortlisted for the Spotlight Awards 2018 in the Fashion category.
