The burgeoning London foodie scene meant he was in his element and he began first taking photographs of, and then making films about food, glorious food.

While still rooted in food, his focus has broadened to include a wider view of the people who grow it, cook it and ultimately enjoy it. He has an easy-going California vibe that puts people in front of his camera at ease and his sense of humour and patience are particularly effective at drawing out natural and spontaneous performances from children.
