Adrian T. Baird is now based in the Azores, Portugal, following his recent relocation. His photography work has taken him around the world, with assignments in Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, Nepal, and Thailand, among others. In July, he will be working in Kenya, documenting coffee and tea farms.

Adrian brings a calm and grounded approach to producing high volumes of work, even in complex or fast-paced environments. His varied background—from working at a rural sawmill during his youth, to roles with luxury art brands in New York City, to now living on a farm in the Azores—has shaped his ability to connect with a wide range of people and work effectively across different settings.

He has produced imagery for clients including CVS, Bayer, AbbVie, Uber, and several others.

Anthony Dias is a director and photographer specialising in lifestyle content.

He is passionate about travelling the world, experiencing new cultures, and meeting people who inspire him.

With a strong background in commercial and editorial photography, he has successfully led campaigns across the globe—working with leading celebrities, luxury resorts, and automotive brands to bring their ideas to life.

Peter Baiamonte is based in New York City. He wants to tell stories, give a glimpse of a place, and communicate a sense of meaning with his images. He also loves revealing personality in people. Images in this Spotlight cover a wide range of subjects: sports, environmental portraiture, travel, and studio portrait work.

Peter splits his time between New York City and the Massachusetts Berkshires, working regularly with clients in New York and Boston as well as the entirety of New England.

Work in this Spotlight includes recent photos from assignments for Berkshire Magazine, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, University of the Pacific, First Manhattan Co, and Sarankco design firm. These images were shot in New York and the New England region.   

There are also several new images shot on analog film with a vintage Widelux camera, an interesting perspective for lifestyle and portrait work. More experimentation with that camera to come. Also a simple shot of a family on the California coast enjoying a perfect sunset.
