Candid, authentic and human stories from a select group of photographers and directors worldwide. This issue features recent projects for Coca-Cola, Arc'teryx, Woolworths, Actimel, Uber and more.

Adrian T. Baird Portugal - USA

Adrian recently traveled to Kenya and Tanzania to photograph and video the Maasai and Kikuyu tribes for The Solid Rock Foundation and Orange Screen Productions.

The Solid Rock Foundation has spent years building up trust with the remote communities, and Adrian had the tribe's implicit trust and unparalleled access in helping to tell their stories. Solid Rock Foundation works to help the women and girls in these communities get out of desperate circumstances and gain local housing, schooling and employment where they can escape severe abuse and abject poverty.

Adrian is currently working with Orange Screen Productions to complete a series, 'The Maasai Dilemma' that seeks to address the tribes fight to survive and maintain their culture, while surrounded by modernity and confronted with modern human rights and ethics.

Adrian currently has studios in Arizona and Azores, Portugal. He shoots worldwide for clients including Honeywell, Bayer, AbbVie, CVS, Uber, and more.

Alex Waber Canada

Alex Waber is a commercial photographer specialising in lifestyle, fashion and where they intersect.

This summer featured several exciting projects and one awesome adventure. It started when two of his long term clients collaborated, Arcteryx and Section 35. Waber photographed their 'Walk Gently' campaign, photographed in the workshop of a traditional canoe builder and working with members of the community as the subjects.

Waber then ended up on a very fun boat cruise of the coast of Vancouver to shoot a summer campaign for No Reception Club.

And finally Alex went to the Yukon to participate in a relay bike race from Haines Yukon to Haines Alaska. The perk of a relay was that once Alex finished his leg of the journey, the cameras came out and he switched to documentary mode, photographing the riders of the KCIBR in an absolutely stunning environment.

Anatol Gottfried Germany - Spain - South Africa

Anatol Gottfried’s work centers on people, place, and brand truth. His two new series show how he translates strategy into images that feel lived‑in and look premium, without overstatement.

For Coca‑Cola, Anatol partnered with Studio X and Hogarth Madrid to speak to adults who value quality time and considered choices. The brief: "Me‑Time” — meals as small, daily celebrations. He designed frames that honor the ritual: restrained pacing, tactile details, and clear product context. The product reads as a natural companion, not a prop — calm confidence and appetite‑forward lifestyle that aligns promise with everyday authenticity.

In Seoul, engaged by Cheil, Anatol shot exclusively on pre‑release Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7 devices — no retouch, no AI, straight from the phone. The results showcase real‑world capability; the work now anchors photo galleries on the new phones worldwide.

Anatol's method is consistent: people first, product true. He earns trust, follows the place´s rhythm, and shapes light to serve the story. Clear, readable frames help brands communicate fast across channels. Based between Cape Town, Barcelona, and Berlin, he delivers honest images that move the brand.

Horton-Stephens Photographers Agents London

Horton-Stephens are London's leading photographers' agents.

"Hard to believe, but we've produced over 10,000 shoots. Safe to say, we’ve seen it all. We offer a full end-to-end production service, and we’re often brought in right at the start of a project, helping to shape ideas and approach, from day one.

Budgets, logistics, locations, casting, styling—we know how to make it all work smoothly, creatively, and without drama, on time and on budget. From lean, stripped-back stills to full-scale TVCs, we've produced just about everything. Need a last-minute location? Lightning-fast casting? A solution to something that feels impossible? Have you considered AI? That’s where we come in.

We’re just as comfortable leading a production as we are working alongside your team. When it comes to shooting stills alongside a TVC, it’s something we truly excel at. We understand how to support the wider production and make the most of shared resources to deliver standout stills campaigns."

Represented by SARAHDAW Jason Knott London

People are mysterious things. They’re more than what meets the eye. And the more ordinary they seem, the more there is to find — layers, contradictions, histories you’d never guess at.

It’s why Behind Closed Doors was a story I had to tell. Talking frankly to suburban folk, I learned about their fantasies behind their daily lives. Opening up their other worlds, and the secrets within. Fantasies. Longings. Cravings of other kinds. Quiet rebellions. Hidden rituals. And how they’re lived out — in bedrooms, basements, motel rooms, even quiet corners of the internet.

I was privileged to not only hear them, but capture them for real. It was all about trust. Vulnerability, too. It’s what honest work is about.

Ondrej Szollos Prague - Berlin

"I’m a photographer focused on people, lifestyle, and visual storytelling that blurs the line between commercial and authentic. My work often originates in the world of advertising, yet it aims to feel alive — spontaneous, imperfect, and human. I try to capture moments that breathe, laugh, and reveal something genuine, even within constructed situations.

The people I photograph are never just subjects; they become collaborators in creating images that balance humor and honesty, irony and empathy. I’m interested in those small, imperfect gestures that make us real — in finding sincerity within the spectacle.

Ultimately, my photography is about presence rather than perfection — about showing life as it is when no one’s trying too hard to look cool. It’s an aesthetic of truth that hides inside the visual language of fiction."
