Flint represents a small, carefully chosen roster of photographer-directors based in Australia, working across stills, motion, and integrated content. Flint's artists are comfortable moving between photography and film, bringing a consistent creative approach across every project.
Each artist brings their own style and strengths, working across categories including products, lifestyle, sport, fashion, beauty, travel, food and documentary-led storytelling. This dual skill set allows ideas to be developed naturally across formats, rather than forcing stills and motion to sit apart.
"We support our artists with thoughtful, hands-on production, helping bring their ideas to life without overcomplicating the process. Our producers work closely with agencies and brands from early conversations through to delivery.
At its heart, Flint is about people, backing great talent, supporting good ideas, and building long-term relationships based on trust, care, and making work we’re genuinely proud of."

Masami’s introduction to still life began at Macy’s photo studio, where she trained in photographing reflective surfaces. Starting with jewellery then expanding into cosmetics, she developed a deep technical understanding of light, precision, and surface.
Along the way, Masami cultivated a strong appreciation for design, texture, and composition—approaching each project much like fine art drawing or painting. Masami brings the same narrative sensibility to still-life as she does to faces, balancing meticulous lighting with an intuitive sense of form and storytelling.
Her clients include Maybelline, Kylie Cosmetics, Indie Lee, Soap & Glory, and Kiss USA.
