As part of a photographic project to explore the Nordic capitals, Henrik set off to discover Helsinki. The city by the Baltic Sea is the centre of the happiest country in the world. It offers world-renowned architecture and design, sweltering saunas and traditional and modern Finnish cuisine.

Henrik Knudsen is a photographer known for his expressive approach to light and shadow, resulting in images rich in mood and emotional impact. Through both personal and commissioned work, Henrik aims to tell genuine stories about people and their environments.
