"It's an outright hustle. It's dedication. It's self-esteem and belief. It's confidence. And then when you finally land the job you've been dreaming of, you look around and see all these individuals coming together to create something unique.
They are here because they were dreaming of it, too. From this perspective, it becomes pure teamwork. Without one person, one team or crew member, none of it would work. We are irreplaceable."
Cameron is represented by The Gren Group.
As part of a photographic project to explore the Nordic capitals, Henrik set off to discover Helsinki. The city by the Baltic Sea is the centre of the happiest country in the world. It offers world-renowned architecture and design, sweltering saunas and traditional and modern Finnish cuisine.

Are you f*ing listening? Gordon Ramsay was, when he performed brilliantly for Samuel McElwee and the latest PolyAI campaign for which he shot stills and their TVC, which first aired at the recent Superbowl. 1.5 million views in a day!
You might think this was the high point so far for Horton-Stephens, in 2026, but they also just completed the new Cyber Essentials campaign for the National Cyber Security Centre, shooting stills with the ever-brilliant George Logan.
In a fascinating production process, these stills were then used to inform AI motion creation by their amazing AI artist Alys Thomas. They told Production Paradise that it was a shoot that embodied their goal to work responsibly and ethically with AI and to have a workflow that allowed the M&C Saatchi creative team to steer the results the whole way through. It was a process that involved AI as a wonderful tool, yet still engaged photography, stylists, models, location scouts, producers and all the usual large shoot team. Part of the future for sure and a great one to add to well over 10,000 shoots they’ve already produced.
Besides that, here’s always much more to see, including a food division and photographers specialised at shooting alongside TVC productions or sometimes shooting the motion themselves.

"I specialise in capturing authentic human experiences through both film and photography, working closely with clients, creatives, and producers to bring unique visions to life. Recent projects include campaigns for Omada Health in LA, JBL in NY, Google in Portland, and Bank of America in Boise, each of which allowed me to create impactful 360 campaigns and manage combo/shadow shoots in varied settings.
Internationally, my work has taken me to Japan, Ghana, China, Singapore, Vietnam, Chile, and Budapest, Hungary, providing me with a global perspective and enriching my approach to storytelling.
As a photographer and director, my company, Mashed Potatoes, LLC, specialises in producing both photography and film shoots. We also collaborate quietly and seamlessly with broadcast shoots to create complementary still campaigns."
Mark Brumell is a documentary and studio photographer with a background in travel, culture, and people-led storytelling.
Trained in photography after leaving school and later studying at Brighton Art College and in Bristol, his work is shaped by both classical photographic practice and contemporary documentary traditions. He has spent periods living with communities, including time with a Peruvian family in the Amazon, documenting everyday life with a quiet, respectful observational style.
Alongside long-form documentary projects, Mark works in the studio producing portrait and commercial imagery, bringing the same sense of narrative, detail, and authenticity to controlled environments.
His influences include Albert Kahn and Steve McCurry, and his work has been exhibited and presented in public talks and corporate settings. Mark’s photography seeks to reveal character, context, and the subtle human stories often overlooked.
Martin Rupik captures lifestyle the way it actually happens: in motion, in between, and often in the details others miss. His photography leans into real environments and honest expressions, creating portraits and people-driven scenes that feel immediate and relatable.
Martin’s work is defined by a documentary sensibility with a polished finish—images that tell a story without trying too hard. From casual street moments to intimate interiors, he builds a sense of place around the subject, letting personality lead the frame. The result is lifestyle photography that feels effortless, modern, and human.

Drawn to light, atmosphere, and the subtle ways people inhabit space, his images feel lived rather than performed. Grounded in real places and unguarded presence. Whether capturing a summer evening by the water or a quiet exchange beneath a canopy of leaves, Paul builds frames that carry a sense of air, texture, and memory.

His work balances calm beauty with clarity of vision. Transporting viewers while leaving space for brands to see themselves within the story.

The post hardcore band La Dispute sing in their song, Objects in Space, “… and when I was done and stepped back, I realised what I had made”. And yes, that describes best what it feels like to finally finish a body of art.
Is it a series? Is it a lifetime body of work? Is it a book? Per Schorn would probably say yes to all of those questions.
Over the last 15 years, he photographed 130 punk rock bands in his self built photo booth, and now this impressive project has been released as a coffee table book via the independent publisher Chromfeld.
Per presents a wide range of series, from former professional football player Neven Subotic, to electronic music producers and DJs Orkidea and Solarstone, an awareness campaign for firefighters, and lifestyle features about the casino and the pitfalls of the wardrobe.
The Jukes, whom Per photographed while they were waiting for the train, contributed the music for Per’s short film, Nothing 2 Wear.
