"When you get a brief that asks for 25 interiors, plus some lifestyle shots including models, in five locations, over three days - you know you have your work cut out! Oh, and did I mention this would be during regular opening hours of the gyms with members working out? Who should not be in the picture or disturbed... Mostly daylight. Hmmm. In comes my first line of defense, a very tight and comprehensive production - thank you Kim Handley! Gathering as much intel as possible. Choosing the right team. Planning for all eventualities. Making sure the troops were fed during 12hr-plus shooting days. Assistants doubling up on duties (getting in front of the camera as needed). Did it prevent the occasional road kill - not quite... see attached shot of my fab digi tech and 1st assistant during one of our very short breaks. End result - over delivered with 45 great shots!"
