Team Works Production   Madrid commercials production

Polish telecommunications giant PLAY chose the city of Madrid for its latest campaign. A fast-paced spot featuring different local actors was shot over the course of two days in a variety of locations, including Madrid’s train station - the inland port. Directed by Marc R. Wilkins, together with Burak Turan as DOP and Marga Perez as Team Works' producer.

Malaga hosted a spot for Maggi´s new campaign from Publicis Frankfurt. With Anniken Lien as director, this family-friendly movie was shot in a sunny garden in the middle of winter; a setting that only southern Spain could provide. 

Sonda Productions   Barcelona commercials production

In spring 2011 Sonda produced two product films with Emir Haveric for the Volkswagen Tiguan. Both films were specially produced for the iPad catalogue app together with Creative Director Ralf Nolting for agency Grabarz & Partner. The off-road scenes were shot in Navarra while the streets of Barcelona were the perfect location for the smooth on-road version. Director: Emir Haveric. DoP: Klaus Krieger. Agency: Grabarz&Partner. Advertising, people, lifestyle and kids photographer Nino Gehrig works and lives in Barcelona and Berlin.

3rd floor company- Steffen Schrägle   Barcelona CGI/ 3D photographers

Steffen Schrägle and his team have been busy this summer with many jobs that included a lot of travelling.

• For the Designory, Steffen went to Barcelona to do another CGI shoot for the new Subaru XV. The images were used for the Frankfurt Motorshow.
• For Nissan Europe he shot the new Kuro in Chicago. All backplates were shot in the Jazz City Loop and afterwards the entire CGI process was handled by Steffen and his team. Randy from Roger Grey Produces took care of the team during their stay.
• Steffen was in Athens to shoot some backplates for the Seat Copa campaign through production company Queens Production.
• He also shot the Land Rover LR4 campaign in Dubai for the Arabic market. The client liked the images so much that they were used for the global market.

Paco Arara   Barcelona food & drink photographers

Paco Arara is a Barcelona-based food and still life photographer specialised in packaging and advertising. 

As a food culture enthusiast he applies his passion on each shoot, working for leading Spanish and European companies including Bacardi France, Bonduelle, Danone Australia, Danone Spain, Affinity, Carrefour, Kelloggs, Hewlett Packard, Unilever, Sara Lee, United Biscuits, LaSelva and Oscar Mayer.

Although Paco is happy shooting food and products in his specially designed studio, he also enjoys getting outdoors and traveling abroad to shoot landscapes.

Modelmanagement   Barcelona Models Directory

This year's edition of modelmanagement.com's annual modelling contest Fresh Faces, was held in Barcelona, with 11 international finalists flown in for the finals.

Fresh Faces brings together the who’s who of the modelling and fashion worlds, making it an excellent opportunity for aspiring models to launch their careers.

The event included photo sessions with top photographers Victor Moscardó and Sergio Cattivelli, with styling by Mayte de la Iglesia and Dixi Romano, and hair and make-up by Ivan Gomez and Diana Omulana. The setting of the photo sessions was a stunning former palace, Casa de la Princesa, in the centre of Barcelona. 

The catwalk was held at La Maquinista, with choreography and training by Marie-Ange Schmitt, and once again Marie Christine Pollet, founder of Group models and former organiser of Ford Super Model of the World for Spain, headed up the jury. The fashion show’s make-up was provided by Sephora.

The afterparty was held at top Barcelona night spot Shoko, where the winners Sita and Valentin were announced.

The models stayed in beautiful apartments which were provided by Way to Stay.
