As I also live in Cape Town, I was always mesmerised and inspired by the styling of the Sapeurs du Congo. From that inspiration, we (me, the art director Natasscha Girelli and stylist Karen Lebrati) worked our story about our amazing little sapeurs."

Being raised between Africa and Europe has given Isabel Pinto a very unique style, vibrant and free spirited. Her background in anthropology adds a very different perspective on the way she “sees” people, children, and life; it provides a very emotional approach to her work that has become her trademark across fashion, catalogues, commercial work, lifestyle and portraiture.

With three books published, her clients include Vogue, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Oscar de la Renta Kids, Elle Magazine, Marie Claire, Monocle, El País, Hooligans Magazine, la Petite Magazine and a variety of catalogues.

Isabel splits the summer seasons between Lisbon and Cape Town, living mainly between the two.

Filipe Goulão is passionate about visual arts. He started his career as an illustrator and sequential artist, gaining some notable awards. His journey has since passed through the study of Art History, traditional drawing, digital illustration and photography. He studied at Escola Especializada em Ensino Artístico António Arroio, Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa and Universidade Lusófona.

He has developed illustration projects for several companies, both in advertising and across editorial. Whenever possible, he shoots photos and videos for his personal archives and enjoyment.
