The Client Services Executive is responsible for providing SMI clients and partners with comprehensive support to help them leverage our unique, global advertising spend data. This valued team member will be heavily involved in the execution of client-driven projects for SMI’s growing number of media partners and clients. They will be an important contributor to the global industry and to client research SMI undertakes, and will add value to ongoing projects, regular industry reporting and presentations along with client training and application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic use of SMI data and identify areas for upsell and account growth
• Develop ROI case studies, set account plans, and present to senior decision makers
• Maintain monthly client deliverables surrounding SMI’s real-time advertising revenue data
• Assist in developing new reports that are geared towards SMI’s clients’ needs for maximum ROI
• Account management duties including: user creation, user training, custom client report creation
• Apply media industry knowledge to expand the use and application of SMI’s market data
• Create custom dashboards and presentations for users
• Contribute to monthly data reports and submissions to media publishers
• Work closely with SMI’s database and collaborate with the global data management team on a regular basis to improve reporting processes and data quality

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of client service experience, preferably with a leading data or research provider
• Experience in analysis and interpretation of data
• Strong knowledge of media industry and media buying
• Highly organized and analytical
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup) and PowerPoint skills a must
