This role supports the business and personal activities of Lafayette 148's Design Director


Coordinating the management of Design Director's household affairs for two residences
Maintaining personal and professional schedule
Organizing Design Director in preparation for travel
Coordinating incoming mail, email and voice mail
Coordinating travel receipts and expense reports: Running personal errands
Coordinating delivery and logistics of personal business purchases
Arranging car service
Organizing Design Director's office
Working in conjunction with Director of PR/Events
Additional projects and/or duties as needed


Prior experience as a Personal Assistant desired
3 + years of Administrative experience
Excellent organizational skills
Extremely flexible
Excellent follow through
Sense of urgency
Lifting ability
Driver's license & good driver's record
Weekend/evening phone accessibility
