Candidate for this position will be responsible for partnering with technology and web production teams to create an unparalleled guest experience that optimizes guest engagement and drives conversion rate of tickets, add-ons, hotels, and packages for Universal Orlando Resort.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the planning, execution and tracking of personalization as it relates to the website.
# Develop the strategy for personalizing content to website visitors to deliver a contextual, relevant experience
# Collaborate with a team of analysts to identify value segments with highest opportunity; outline tactical execution plan.
# Partner with cross-division stakeholders to ensure needs and goals are consistently met via the personalization strategy
# Lead implementation process improvements to become more efficient and productive
# Work with designers, copywriters, publishers, and legal department to tightly manage online personalization campaigns that promote products, events, and overall value of the park.
# Facilitate campaign objectives in various areas including but not limited to development of project briefs, securing all stakeholder feedback and approval, and testing of new concepts
# Manage personalization campaign master schedule to ensure timely and accurate execution
Partner with and support eCommerce Manager in the planning, execution, and tracking of new website initiatives.
# Proactively seek out areas of opportunity to improve the guest experience by analyzing data and researching best practices
# Act as a knowledgeable representative of eCommerce department during sessions with key stakeholders by providing valuable input and extracting key learnings and actionable items
# Development of project briefs and securing all stakeholder feedback and approval
# Work with key stakeholders to define business needs, timelines, and goals of initiatives
# Ensuring initiatives are executed on-time and error free
# Lead implementation process improvements to become more efficient and productive
Responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting results from various tests, personalization advancements, and other areas as needed.
# Provide analysis of the behavioural and attitudinal aspects of web site usability data.
# Assimilate and communicate the results of ongoing conversion testing
# Generate daily, weekly and summary reporting and performance insights for KPI’s as they’re related to personalization and other efforts as outlined by eCommerce Manager
Provide recommended adjustments to tests if performance is not meeting expectations
# Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
# Performs other duties as assigned.


# Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Business, Communication or other related discipline.
# 3-5 Years: Marketing experience required; experienced in project management associated with online product marketing campaigns, including managing timelines, creative feedback, targeting, approval cycles, etc.; experience developing and analyzing reports to measure program success; experience interacting with clients to gather business needs and transforming them into actionable initiatives; experience analyzing data to identify segmentation opportunities that include (but not limited to): behavioural, point of origin, visit frequency, and past purchase history; experience working with content management systems preferred; experience working with Omniture (specifically Test & Target and Site Catalyst) preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
