Johan van der Merwe is a London-based commercial food stylist working on advertising, editorial, packaging, film and video projects. With over 15 years' experience as a trained chef working in Canada, South Africa, Ireland and London in the Waterside Inn, Cafe Paradiso and Ballymaloe Cookery School.
