About
da Lima, better known as FOODISM360 -the name of her food-centric studio, has an exaggerated interest in the production, preparation, presentation and consumption of food hence the name. The studio is based in Lelystad, a small polder town in the heart of Dutch organic farming. The fertile polder, its landscapes & natural lighting, and the local farmers are a constant source of inspiration to da Lima. As a keen forager, an herbalist and as a former veggie chef, she developed a deep love for whole foods. Ordinary and ‘forgotten’ fruits and vegetables are her favourite models to work with. In 2013 she started shooting whole foods in a way that can best be described as monochromatic & minimalistic dissections similar to botanical illustrations. Her distinct visual language has a realness and honesty, highlighting the perfection of imperfection of Mother Nature’s gifts.

da Lima aka FOODISM360 is a hybrid creative and former veggie chef who puts whole foods and plant-based food front and centre.
With over 20 years of combined work experience in foodservice, retail, marketing, branding and design, she is able to help brands create messages and recipes that stand out and enable them to emotionally connect with their audience in a 360° way.
Her visual language is about realness, daily simplicity, colour, tactility, natural lighting and minimalism. Her recipes represent contemporary from-root-to-top cooking, inspiring a more balanced, mindful lifestyle.
FOODISM360’s latest project is a series of digital photo collages for the brand activation campaign of Black Fiber, a new range of black kitchen appliances in the W Collection by Whirlpool.
