The agreement foresees the creation, the coming year, of this foundation, which will devote to promote, spread and give International presence to the Catalan audio-visual industry in the foreign markets.

The initiative will count with the minimum contribution of 1.270.000 Euros every year.

The main part of this amount will be contributed by the Catalan Institute of Catalan Industries (ICIC), although there will also be contributions from the rest of the partners: The BA associations (Barcelona Audio-visual), the PAC (Audio-visual Producers of Catalunya), TVC (Televisió de Catalunya) and the consortium of commercial promotion of Catalunya (COPCA). The agreement also specifies that COPCA will put at the foundation disposal their chain of 37 centres for the promotion of foreign business.
