London: Tony Briscoe

So far, 2013 has been a very busy year for Tony. He started the year shooting Mary Berry’s new book ‘Mary Berry's Cookery Course’, which will be published this summer.

He has been integral in the launch of Philadelphia’s new product ‘Simply Stir’ with a new POS and web campaign, and he has also been working with Peroni and Bacardi along with many of his regular clients.

Another of his cookbooks, ‘Desert Island Dishes’ with recipes written by acclaimed chefs such as Albert Roux, Gary Rhodes and Jason Atherton, won a prestigious ‘Gourmand Cookery Book Award 2013’.
