Munich-based photographer Christine Bauer developed her creative and highly intuitive eye while working for many years as a freelance stylist for editorials and advertisements before turning to her real passion, photography.
Christine discovers something beautiful everywhere she goes, with one of her strengths the capacity to create beauty out of nothing. She quickly recognises different styles, perspectives and moods, all of which come through in the atmosphere she creates in her images. "I love to touch people with my pictures," she says.
One only has to look at her work to recognise her style, even in modern interiors. Her clients appreciate the liveliness and emotionality of her images as well as her experience. Her knowledge both as a stylist and photographer has allowed her to create concepts for entire shoots, and she especially loves working with natural light.
Christine's work can be found in many renowned lifestyle and interior magazines all over the world and she has also photographed for companies including Escada, Ikea, JAB Anstoetz and Villeroy & Boch. She specialises in interior photography, still life, reports and the production of home-based editorials.
