Buenos Aires - New York: Lucila Blumencweig
Lucila is a well known international photographer. Her work is ususally recognised for the honest lifestyle feeling, and its colour and lighting.
She has travelled all around, from the US to Europe and China, shooting campaigns for Coca-Cola, Alfaparf, Salmoriagu &Vigano, Nike among others.
Based in Buenos Aires, which is now open for shootings again, she's organising future jobs that were kept on hold during the lockdown.

Lucila is an Argentinian photographer based in Buenos Aires, working worlwide.
She usually moves between Milan, New York and Buenos Aires, and her recent works include campaigns for Coca-Cola, Salmoiraghi & Viganò, Yellow, Livean and Evian.
Her work has been recognised with many awards and she was the kids category winner at the Spotlight Awards 2019.

Buenos Aires - New York: Lucila Blumencweig
In this Spotlight we see Lucila's latest work for Salmoiraghi & Vigano shot in Milano last November. A beautiful emotional campaign that reflects what we say with our eyes and the way we look at things and into each other.
The lockdown found her in the middle of a pre-production for a big campaign with Grey New York and Roof Studio that was already planned to be shot on remote in Buenos Aires, hoping to be back with this shooting mode now by mid May. She is also receiving some agency briefs to shoot some Covid-19 campaigns at home.
In the meantime, during the quarantine, Lucila has been asked to be a member of the judge panel for two upcoming photography contests and she has signed a new partnership in Brazil with Tankman Brasil and is teaming up with Mygosh.tv in Switzerland and Spain.
These are great times to have e-meetings and get to know new potencial clients, so feel free to reach out to her, to chat and think of new ideas for productions for the inmediate future.

"So here we are, all the world together in the middle of Covid-19, for sure we will end up learning something about it. About love, introspection within oneself, patience, life, death, suffering, health and our relationship with time and urgency. For me, these images tell a story about this, of hope and isolation.
The quarantine found us in the middle of an already remote shooting with Grey New York. We hope that within the next weeks here in Buenos Aires, we can be back on track working in that mode.

2019 was fun and exiting year for Lucila, in November she travelled to Italy to shoot a global campaign for Yellow by Alfaparf Group, still in post production.
She was also commissioned by MacCann China to shoot a Coca-Cola campaign for the upcoming Japan Olympics 2020, shot with Chinese athlete celebrities on location Beijing and Orlando.
Recognised by the Spotlights Awards jury, she was the winner of the Kids category with an image of a personal project shot last summer in Patagonia. Lucila specialises in lifestyle advertising photography, her images are known for her emotional use of light creating a filmic sense filled with emotion on each campaign.
At the moment she is about to launch the recent Salmoriagui & Vighano, a beautiful campaign shot in in Italy last September. Her clients include Coca-Cola, PWD, Sprite, YPF, Livean, Mercado Libre, Yellow, Luxxotica, Centrum Vitamins, Sony, Nike, Adidas, Santander, Citibank and Personal Mobile.

"This past summer, we went on a family holiday on a beautiful road trip all through Argentinian Patagonia, and as in my beginnings, I decided to have the camera on me at all times for a personal project on both my kids growing up.
In the picture, Simona, my oldest was 14 years old, and she is wearing her adolescence quite wildly, her mind concerned about many things. Fortunately, kids have this consciousness these days, like climate change, anxieties, veganism, and while I turned to her as we were talking, she looked at me so strongly and determined - plus the t-shirt she had on at that moment - and it was perfect. 'Delete the Drama'."

Lucila is super happy that one of the images from her Patagonia trip project has won the Kids category of this year's Spotlight Awards.
Working with children has always been fun for her, she can connect on a deep level with kids so they enjoy their time, whilst achieving an amazing result on each campaign.
Lucila has recently shot the latest Salmoriagui & Vighano campaign in Italy, where she captured some key visuals with children. She has also been working for Coca-Cola Olympics 2020, YPF, Livean and Mercado Libre.

These past months have been very busy for Lucila Blumencweig, working in Italy with Quiqueg Agency for Salmoriagui & Vighano's latest campaign, now in post-production, and BBDO Argentina for YPF 'Siesta Summer' campaign.
She also shot a major global campaign for Coca-Cola for the upcoming Olympic Games 2020.
She is currently in pre-production for a big campaign for Mercado Libre and is thrilled to have won the Spotlight Awards in the Kids category, and to have been shortlisted in the Lifestyle category.

Lucila has been very busy in the last months. She recently shot a mayor global campaign for Coca-Cola Olimpics 2020 teaming up again with Visual Latina Agency.
Her recent work includes Evian, Coca-Cola, Puma, Mazola and Primera Huella. Centrum Vitamins has also trusted her for its latest global campaign with Leo Burnett Italia.
The big news is that she is now represented in Italy by the great Gabriela Nobile.

It has been a wild year for Lucila Blumencweig, shooting in the US, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay and Argentina.
For DDB Berlin and Sony, she shot the worldwide campaign for the launch of a new TV to coincide with the FIFA World Cup, as well as the Latam audio campaign. Other clients have included FOX TV, McDonald’s and Mamba.
Working with kids is always a thrill for Lucila, and sometimes her kids might be included in the cast as a 'fun fact'. At the moment, she is in post-production for a big Coca-Cola lifestyle campaign shot in Buenos Aires with Grey Argentina.

Lucila Blumencweig has had a busy few months, including shooting the first ever lifestyle campaign on location in Atlanta for Honest Tea, the premium organic tea from The Coca-Cola Company.
She has been in Uruguay and Colombia shooting for Coke with Hello Agengy and Ogilvy Colombia, and also shot the latest Personal Mobile campaign with JWT.
Lucila is currently working on post-production for a Sony LatAm campaign shot at the beginning of February in Buenos Aires with agency DDB Berlin.

Lucila Blumencweig has been busy working on several lifestyle and studio projects. She recently shot two major Coca-Cola global campaigns as well as a number of brands from the same family including PWD, Dasani and Sprite.
She also just shot the SS18 campaign for Primera Huella for the 8th consecutive year - her eye and particular up-front way of approaching kids has now become part of the brand's identity.
Recent work includes a Siesta summer campaign and a new McDonald’s LATAM campaign launch with agency DPZT. Lucila is currently working in Atlanta with the Coca-Cola team in pre-production for an upcoming campaign.

Lucila Blumencweig and Daniela Benitez' latest work includes soft and simple black & white portraits of people enjoying life for an annual Pepsi campaign with BBDO Argentina.
They also photographed a Taragui campaign for LADO-C Buenos Aires, entitled 'Tan rica como', and shot autumn/winter campaigns for Ambient Hair and kids brand La Tarde.
Recent editorials included D&D Deco Magazine and Rolling Stone, with celebrity portraits of actresses Maria Abadi and Martina Gusman who star in Pablo Trapero's latest film, 'Carancho', that competed for the title of 'Best Film' at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.
The photographers are currently working on campaigns for Adidas with TBWA Argentina, Energizer for DDB Argentina, PDV for Mancha Productora, Telefonica, and a fashion campaign for 28 Sport.
